Dialight Europe Ltd designs and manufactures
components for commercial and industrial
applications.
In 1987 the company gained BS5750:
part 1 approval, achieving ISO 9001
in 1994 and subsequent approval to
QS 9001 followed by the achievement
of Ford Q1 status in 2001. Today,
Dialight has been recommended certification
for one of the industries toughest
Quality Management standards, ISO
TS16949.
Dialight Europe
Ltd is also a registered Ministry
of Defence contractor. Many of Dialight's
products are certified to safety standards
by external agencies including VDE,
CSA, UL, and SEMKO.
The main services provided are:
· Design and manufacture of
Solenoids.
· Design and manufacture of
Mains inlets and Filters.
· Design and manufacture of
Connectors.
· Design and manufacture of
Fuses and Fuse Holders.
· Design and manufacture of
specialist components for metering
applications.
The main processes are assembly processes,
with minimal use of solvents (mainly
for printing and cleaning).
Dialight Europe Ltd is committed to
protecting the environment, and, to
this end, has created and implemented
an Environmental & Quality Management
System.
Where possible, the requirements of
ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 have been integrated
into a common management system.
