	William Gibbs - General Manager
	William has been at BLP for the past 14 years. He was previously Operations Manager at ITT Sealectro and is a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.

	Simon Scott - Operations Director
	Simon was appointed Operations Director for BLP in January 2002. He has a Degree in Production Engineering and previously worked for the US Corporation, Parker Hannifin. Simon is passionate about Customer Service and Teamwork. "I joined BLP because I was excited by the quality of key personnel and the great new products which combine to generate huge potential for the future."

	Nick Rowland - Financial Directorr
	Nick joined Dialight BLP in March 2003 with a BA degree in Business Studies and a Masters degree in Business Administration. Nick previously worked in Logistics and Finance for Revlon, Qualcast and Bosch.
